What should I expect during my first session?
During your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This session helps us understand your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan.
How do I schedule a Therapy session?

How many sessions will I need?

How long does each therapy session last?
Each therapy session typically lasts 50 minutes.

Yes, all our services are confidential. We adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality policies as mandated by law. Your information will not be shared without your consent, except in cases where we are legally obligated to do so.
How is the Payment Done?
Payment for therapy sessions can be made through various methods to suit your convenience. We accept payment through UPI/Google Pay/PhonePe/ Bank Transfers.
To confirm your appointment, payment must be received in advance. If we do not receive payment at least one day before your scheduled time, we may need to offer your slot to someone else. For more details on fees and payment options, please contact us.
Do You Offer Discounts?

What is a Sliding Scale?
A sliding scale adjusts the cost of therapy based on your financial situation. This means you pay what you can afford within a range of fees, helping to make therapy more accessible to those with varying financial needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
Do You Provide a Diagnosis?
No, we do not provide formal diagnoses. Our focus is on offering support and guidance to help you address your concerns and improve your well-being.
